Riyadh: Parts of Saudi Arabia experienced rain and hailstorms in the regions of Ashikar, Mafraqm Al-Touki, and Al-Khafs, north Riyadh and in the governorate of Thadiq.
Chunks of ice can be seen on roads.
Some residents took to social media to post photos of the hailstorms, which completely changed the weather conditions in the kingdom.
Motorists have been warned of slippery road and poor visibility, reported Arabic daily Sabq.
