Manama: Alan Wheatley, Middle East regional director for Fraser & Company, a UK estate agent with offices in Hong Kong and Dubai, told the GDN in an exclusive interview that London’s position as a capital city and financial centre, alongside its stable political system and transparent legal framework, continues to attract interest from across the Middle East.
“London has always been a magnet for international property investors, and given the political and economic turbulence in the world in recent years, an increasing number of domestic and overseas buyers continue to view the central London property market as a safe haven for their money,” said Mr Wheatley during a visit to Bahrain .
