Manama: Batelco is showcasing its new services and solutions at the MEET ICT and BITEX 2016 conference and exhibition, it has emerged.
In a statement, the communications firm said as exclusive ICT sponsor of the event, it implemented the varied connectivity requirements and sponsored several technological sessions touching upon ICT, Cloud and security disciplines.
“As the innovation driver in Bahrain, Batelco was the first in the kingdom to launch a series of locally hosted cloud-based services,” the company’s Bahrain
chief executive Muna Al Hashemi said in an address during the opening ceremony.
The three-day event organised by Bahrain
Technology Companies Society (BTECH) and Worksmart at the Gulf Hotel’s Gulf Convention Centre concludes today.
