Doha: The Supreme Judicial Council's expert accreditation committee has decided to de-list a number of experts accredited to courts and refer some of them to the Public Prosecution due to their breach of duty and the corresponding delay in some cases, or due to their refusal to perform duties assigned to them.
As they are legal assistants their refusal to perform what they are assigned to do, or doing any act detrimental to any of the parties to the lawsuit, is considered a breach of their duty, the committee added. (QNA)
