'Rice Balls Babies' is a real thing and it is going viral in Japan.
It is a huge meme where you squish your child's face and take a picture.
It was started by a Japanese comedian, Masahiro Ehara, posted a series of tweets where he squished his kids’ faces in the shape of a rice ball.
Masahiro posted more photos of him squishing his kids’ faces one by one.

And lo and behold! The photos went super viral.
It started the trend of people posting similar pictures of their babies.

While there were others who tried it out with their pets .... which obviously did not work!
