A Kuwait Airways passenger plane made an emergency landing, after taking off, due to smoke emission in the luggage compartment.
Flight 619 took off from Kuwait International Airport and was heading to Doha, according to KUNA.
The passengers were evacuated safely to allow the technical teams to look for any malfunctions in compliance with civil aviation safety standards.
Kuwait’s national carrier said that the delayed flight would be rescheduled.
