Three individuals – identified only as Asians – have been arrested for allegedly stealing goods worth BD10,000, the Interior Ministry announced yesterday.
The accused, aged between 35 and 46, allegedly stole two tonnes of copper wire from a private company in Ras Zuwayed.
The General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science launched a probe, which led to the identification and arrest of the suspects.
The stolen items were seized. Legal proceedings have been initiated to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
