Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov yesterday underscored the urgent need for an immediate and lasting ceasefire in Gaza.
They exchanged views on regional and international developments, particularly ongoing Arab and international efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip, when they met on the sidelines of the Eighth Joint Ministerial Meeting between the GCC and Russia .
