Kuwaiti authorities have arrested a Syrian man on charges of selling counterfeit ranks from several state institutions.
Following a sting operation, the man was taken into custody. Authorities seized over 1,770 insignias from departments such as the police, army, national guard, and the fire department.
The Interior Ministry confiscated the items and released a statement vowing to take action against those who “undermine the dignity of security and military institutions or misuse their logos.”
