Former Legal Affairs Minister Dr Hussain Mohammed Al Baharna, who served in his post from 1971 to 1995, passed away yesterday.
Dr Al Baharna contributed to drafting many modern civil laws and was a member of the ministerial committee assigned with preparing the draft constitution of 1973, our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej reported .
