The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) held an introductory workshop on the Arab Government Excellence Award, in co-ordination with the award’s general secretariat.The session, attended by representatives from various government agencies, was led by Government Performance and Excellence executive director and the General Co-ordinator of the Shaikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme (SKGEP) Ebrahim Al Hammadi .
