A lawyer, who was found guilty of forging a client’s signature on a promissory note for BD1,000, has lost his final appeal at the Cassation Court.
The man was originally convicted of forgery and taking money entrusted to him by his client in a way that harmed the client, and was sentenced to a year in prison by the Lower Criminal Court .
