Bahrain Council for International Dispute Resolution secretary general Professor Marike Paulsson took part in a session titled ‘The Future of Institutional Arbitration’ during London Disputes Week 2025.
The panel included Kevin Nash, director of the London Court of International Arbitration, alongside representatives from Dubai, Qatar, Finland, Madrid and Sweden .
