The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has been awarded the Quality Choice Prize 2025 at the annual Quality Convention, recognising its commitment to excellence, innovation, and international best practices in regulatory governance.
The prestigious award, presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR), honours organisations that demonstrate outstanding leadership in quality management and continuous improvement.
TRA Bahrain was selected based on its strategic initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and the quality standards implemented across its operations.
Commenting on the win, TRA director of consumer affairs and communication Shaikh Abdulla bin Humood AlKalifa said: “This international recognition is a testament to TRA Bahrain’s dedication to quality and transparency across all levels of its work.
