Turkish authorities announced today that it had found and recovered the body of Faisal Ramzi, a nine-year-old Saudi child who went missing a few days ago in Trabzon, Türkiye.
Faisal fell into a river after attempting to drink water from it while playing around it with his father and was swept up by the rapid waters.
His body was found wedged beneath a rock in the riverbed approximately 2.3km away from where he initially fell after an extensive six-day-long search.
