Y K Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), the sole distributor of Nissan vehicles in Bahrain, has celebrated the winners of the Nissan Customer Quality Appreciation Programme for the fourth quarter.
The GCC accolade honours outstanding sales and service performers who exemplify excellence in customer experience.
The awards were presented in a ceremony held recently at the Nissan Bahrain showroom.
“The sales category has seen remarkable dedication and performance, driving sales while enhancing customer relationships. Meanwhile, in the service category, exceptional contributions to customer satisfaction have ensured that every client leaves with a smile,” said an official at the awards ceremony.
Nissan Bahrain general manager Ahmed Al Dailami said the Nissan Customer Quality Appreciation Programme ‘is more than just recognition, it is a testament to our commitment to providing top-tier service’.
“We are proud to celebrate our team members who consistently go above and beyond to make a difference,” he added.
A YKA spokesperson said the programme aims to instill a culture of excellence within YKA by rewarding those who embody high standards in customer service and sales performance.
“By incentivising such efforts, we enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty, reinforcing Nissan’s unwavering commitment to quality,” said the spokesperson added.
