His Majesty King Hamad yesterday issued a decree, pardoning and releasing 630 inmates, who had been convicted in various cases, and have served part of their sentences in addition to those who were subjected to alternative penalties. The royal gesture, marking Eid Al Fitr, reflects the King’s keenness to provide the pardoned inmates with the opportunity to reintegrate into society and make contributions to the comprehensive development process led by the King .
