The Labour Ministry has completed the registration of 147 individuals from the Khatwa programme who had their pensions suspended and were listed under the unemployment allowance scheme for job-seekers, following the directives of the Cabinet to process their applications.
The ministry stated that applications are thoroughly reviewed to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria. Of those registered by February 2, 100 individuals have been approved for unemployment benefits, while the remaining applications are under review.
Eligible individuals will receive their benefits according to the approved schedule.
The ministry urged those who have not completed their registration to submit the required documents through available platforms.
