The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has announced its support for the employment and wage increments of 55 Bahraini employees at Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) through various programmes, including the National Employment Programme, the Leadership Employment Programme, and the Wage Increment Programme.
This support aligns with Tamkeen’s 2025 strategic priorities, which focus on enhancing the competitiveness of Bahraini workers in the private sector by equipping them with the necessary skills for career advancement, prioritising enterprise growth through digitisation and sustainability, and fostering a supportive ecosystem for both the labour market and the private sector .
