The Works Ministry has received eight bids from local, regional and international firms for its pre-contract engineering consultancy services tender for the Riffa Avenue Widening project.
The project involves upgrading the existing two-lane dual carriageway to a four-lane dual carriageway, including a grade separator at the junction with Al Muaskar Highway, grade-separated U-turns, and four footbridges .
