Celebrations for Bahrain’s 53rd National Day kicked off last night and are set to continue today and tomorrow as the kingdom comes together to mark the establishment of the modern Arab Muslim state and the 25th anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad’s accession to the throne.
A rich programme of diverse festivities have been lined up in addition to landmarks and streets lit up in red and white across malls, main intersections and other locations including Manama, Isa Town and Muharraq .
