The iconic horror-comedy franchise is coming back with its sixth instalment! The 'Scary Movie' films were hugely popular in the 2000s and have built up a cult following.
Parodying popular horror movies, the five-film franchise has earned $896 million globally.
The franchise was created by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and Keenen Ivory Wayans. It was also announced that the Wayans brothers will be reuniting for the sequel, marking the first time in 18 years that the comedic troupe have collaborated.
The movie doesn't have an official release date as of yet but is expected to come out in theatres in 2025.
