In a story full of twists coming out of Egypt, a woman was arrested after she allegedly assaulted her second husband, while her first husband was abroad for work.
According to local reports, the woman's first husband had to go away frequently for work. She took advantage of his absence, married again and received a huge dowry.
But once the second husband got to know about her previous relationship, he demanded that she return the dowry or he would expose their marriage to her first husband.
The 27-year-old woman then reportedly lured her second husband to a deserted area and assaulted him with the help of several other men.
The man was transferred to a local hospital for treatment, and the concerned authorities took the woman and the men who helped her into custody.
