The body of a Kuwaiti woman has been found in Saudi Arabia after she was reported missing.
On return from a trip to Bahrain, the husband of the woman had filed a report, claiming that his wife went missing while they were in Saudi Arabia on their return trip to Kuwait.
However, the husband could not come up with a satisfactory response when the son asked about their mother's whereabouts.
Things took a dramatic turn when the woman's brothers contacted the Interior Ministry regarding the case. The Investigations Department summoned the husband for questioning and found him in an 'abnormal state'. On questioning, the husband admitted that he left his wife in a bathroom in Saudi.
With this information, the authorities in Saudi have found the body and the repatriation process is underway.
The motive behind the crime is still unclear.
