The Industry and Commerce Ministry has signed three service level agreements with Ramez Group, Jahez International Company and Just Clean Internet Services Company.
The Consumer Protection Department sealed the agreements to better deal with customers’ complaints, enhance the delivery of services using modern technologies and support partnership with the trading sector .
