The Industry and Commerce Ministry has signed three service level agreements with Ramez Group, Jahez International Company and Just Clean Internet Services Company.
The Consumer Protection Department sealed the agreements to better deal with customers’ complaints, enhance the delivery of services using modern technologies and support partnership with the trading sector.
“The agreement stipulates the terms and conditions under which the two signatory parties will provide services to consumers, by establishing foundations and a framework for providing high-quality services in accordance with Law No (35) of 2012”, said assistant under-secretary for domestic and foreign trade Shaikh Hamad bin Salman Al Khalifa.
The ministry signed last year three memoranda of understanding in this regard with LuLu Bahrain Hypermarket, Talabat Services Company and United Electronics Company - Extra.
