Seha Virtual Hospital (SVH) has received the highest level of Canadian international accreditation of the diamond category, for its excellence in adopting safety standards and quality of care for its virtual services.
Saudi Deputy Minister of Health, Eng Abdulaziz Al-Rumaih attended the celebration in Riyadh marking SVH as the first virtual hospital in the world to obtain the certification.
Since its launch in late 2021, SVH has worked to implement the highest standards of quality care and patient safety, as this accreditation is considered one of the most prestigious endorsements provided by the Canadian Accreditation Commission after evaluating the performance of health facilities. SVH obtained it after undergoing a comprehensive evaluation of all its virtual services as well as patient safety standards.
SVH provides virtual healthcare services in 17 major specialties and 57 sub-specialties through a network of 170 hospitals to more than 480,000 patients across Saudi Arabia. contributing to improving the quality of life of the population and achieving the objectives of the Health Transformation programme under Saudi Vision 2030.-- TradeArabia News Service
