SICO and Grant Thornton have been appointed as advisers by Bahrain Family Leisure Company (BFLC) and DGC Hospitality and Partners respectively as the two food and beverage businesses explore a potential consolidation.
The announcement follows the signing of an MoU by BFLC and DGC Hospitality, the food and beverage (F&B) investment arm of Dividend Gate Capital (DGC), last October, with the merger expected to result in a powerful market player with improved efficiencies and an increased market share .
