Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has issued a decision banning the registration of imported used vehicles older than 10 years from the date of manufacture.
Under the decision published in the Official Gazette, it’s not permissible to register imported used vehicles more than 10 years old from the date of manufacture, including private transport vehicles, cars for private use, locomotives, trailers and semi-trailers, unless the administration deems it necessary to register them .
