'Point Break' and 'Predator 2' actor Gary Busey has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact along with one count of attempting criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree, and another count of disorderly conduct.
The actor was visiting the New Jersey town of Cherry Hill during the weekend of August 12 to attend the Monster-Mania Convention where he was set to appear as a celebrity guest.
According to reports, Cherry Hill police responded to a call about a sex offence at the Doubletree Hotel where the convention was being held.
Police charged the 78-year-old actor with the four offences after investigating the incident.
Cherry Hill Police maintained in a press release that the investigation into Busey and the incident is still ongoing, despite no further details being released.
