MANAMA: NBB has achieved the Business Continuity Management System Certification ISO22301:2019 after completing all the necessary requirements.
The bank said in a statement that the achievement of the ISO22301:2019 certification marks a significant milestone in its journey towards enhancing internal systems and processes, ensuring that the bank is aligned with the most stringent international standards to minimise the effect of disruptive incidents and their impact on its customers, stakeholders, partners and the community as a whole .
