MANAMA: MP Zainab Abdul Ameer has called on the Foreign Ministry to summon the US ambassador and hand him a note of protest against the US Embassy’s publication of gay slogan on its e-platforms, in an explicit violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
MP Ibrahim Al Nafaei also urged the US embassy to respect the values and customs of Bahraini society and stop promoting homosexuals on its various media platforms, pointing out that such practices cause Bahrainis’ anger and resentment .
