PEOPLE should not accept cheap work from unskilled, unprofessional and untrained individuals offering gas, electricity and water connections besides other constructional and building services.
The warning came from Public Security Chief Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan yesterday as he visited the site of the collapsed two-storey building in Arad in which two people were killed and six others injured .
