Bahrain Bourse has updated its Listing Rules and Guidelines to incorporate new disclosure requirements related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors, aligning with the Central Bank of Bahrain’s (CBB) ‘Common Volume ESG Module’.
The updated rules, effective immediately, aim to standardise ESG reporting among listed companies, promoting transparency and accountability .
