Malkiya and Al Shabab played to a goalless stalemate last night in their week three clash of the 2024-25 Nasser Bin Hamad Bahrain Premier League.
The match was played at Khalifa Sports City Stadium in Isa Town.
With the result, Malkiya posted their second draw of the season and went to five points on the table, while Shabab came away with the share of the points for the first time. They went to four points after their three games.
League play will now take a more-than-two-week break to make way for international play.
The third week’s schedule will resume on October 20 when Muharraq take on Bahrain Club, also at Khalifa Sports City.
Other games in the third week involving the league’s remaining clubs have been rescheduled.
