Two men, aged 24 and 27, have been arrested by the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security’s Anti-Cybercrime Department after they allegedly broadcasted posts on social media with religious insults that have been deemed ‘incompatible with the country’s civil peace and social security and stability.’
The men’s nationalities have not been revealed, and necessary legal measures are underway to refer the case to the Public Prosecution .
