THE 15th edition of Ashoora Elevate was launched yesterday at the Northern Municipal Council Complex in Budaiya to once again tackle health and safety issues and environmental challenges during coming processions and gatherings.
Northern Municipality director-general Lamya Al Fadhala, who originally came up with the idea, has been deputised to oversee the latest campaign by Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak .
