Education Minister and Higher Education Council board of trustees chairman Dr Mohammed Mubarak Juma received Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) chief executive Professor Cathal Kelly and Professor Samir Al Otoom, president of the Medical University of Bahrain.
Dr Juma praised the role of the RCSI in developing higher education in the medical field, praising the college’s fruitful partnership with the ministry and the council .
