A labourer who tricked a woman into coming to Bahrain with a fake job offer then forced her to have sex with strangers for money has been found guilty of sex trafficking and assault.
The High Criminal Court yesterday sentenced the 47-year-old Indian to five years behind bars, fined him BD2,000 and ordered him to pay for the victim’s repatriation costs .
