The Filipino community in Bahrain commenced the coming 126th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine Independence, along with a Migrants Day celebration, with a special mass officiated by Father Anthony Almazan at the Sacred Heart Church in Manama.
Led by Philippine Ambassador Anne Jalando-on Louis, the atmosphere brimmed with patriotism and unity as hundreds of expatriate Filipinos residing in Bahrain came together on Friday to mark the occasions .
