Bahrain has condemned the Israeli forces’ targeting of a camp for displaced persons in Rafah in the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the killing and injury of a number of innocent civilians.In a statement, the Foreign Ministry renewed Bahrain’s call on the international community, especially members of the United Nations Security Council, to assume its responsibilities in imposing the implementation of international resolutions and the rules of international humanitarian law regarding an immediate and permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, protecting innocent civilians, increasing the flow of humanitarian aid to residents in an urgent, safe and complete manner, and creating a safe environment for reviving the just and comprehensive peace process with the brotherly Palestinian people
obtaining their legitimate rights to establish their independent state, with East Jerusalem as its capital .
