His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (29) of 2024, amending some provisions of Edict (3) of 2015 regarding the formation of the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training, and Edict (78) of 2023, on restructuring the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training.
The text of Article (3) of Decree (3) of 2015 establishing the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training shall be replaced with the following text:
“The Council shall meet at least once every three months, and its proceedings shall be deemed legally binding when attended by a majority of its members, provided that the chairperson or his authorised deputy is present .
