PARTNERSHIP DEAL – THE Bahrain Paralympic Committee (BPC) signed a strategic partnership with Royal Bahrain Hospital (RBH), with the aim of providing specialised medical care and first aid to athletes participating in Paralympic tournaments at the local and international levels.
The agreement was signed by BPC finance and information technology director Mahmood Ashoori and RBH regional COO Dr Ahmed Al Rashid. RBH marketing and public relations officer Sarah Hamza Hilal was also in attendance.
The deal includes providing medical services to Para athletes such as regular medical examinations, continued health care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and urgent medical care during competitions.
