Adnan Al Alawi has finished sixth in Royal Windsor Horse Show’s Manama round, which is classified as a five-star competition.
Al Alawi was the only Arab athelete to participate in the event which featured 30 athletes.
The Royal Team is the sponsor of one of the rounds, among which is HM the King Cup which is classified as a five-star event.
His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa hailed the positive participation of Al Alawi in the event, pointing out that the participation confirms his keenness to promote the Bahraini showjumping sports.
Shaikh Nasser said that Al Alawi’s participation in the event will motivate Bahraini athletes to represent the kingdom internationally, wishing him success in future competitions.
Bahrain’s Ambassador to the UK Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa was present at the event.
