MANAMA: More than 10,000 restaurants and 130 cafes started welcoming customers back inside yesterday after a shutdown that lasted more than seven months due to the Covid-19 pandemic.It followed a decision by the Government Executive Committee allowing indoor dine-ins and outdoor sheesha services .
