Students at Al Noor International School are celebrating the best-ever IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) results in its history.
The phenomenal results have resulted in a combined outcome of 71 per cent of all students achieving A*, A and B in the Cambridge IGCSE examinations held in June 2019.
The school continues to set a benchmark and remains a leader in the field of education in Bahrain.
The school averages achieved were all well above the respective world averages.
Highlights of the results:
• 25 students secured a percentile of 100pc with GPA 4
• Three students achieved 7A* and six students got A* in all subjects
• 71pc of the grades were A*, A and B
• 100pc pass
• 237A*, 341A and 312B grades

The outstanding achievements are testament to the resilience and determination for the talented students and teachers along with the support of the parent body.
The school said it appreciates the dedication of the students and the co-operation from the parents which made this exceptional result an achievable target.
The school management is extremely proud of the students’ achievements and have been impressed by their determination, diligence and excellent approach to learning that they have imbibed.
The ‘ever best’ excellent 2019 results are a reflection of the academic support and ideal learning environment provided by the school.
It serves as confirmation that the students have a distinct advantage resulting from the school’s focus on excellence and the holistic development of each individual student.
