Kuwait City: An expatriate domestic help has been charged with the misdemeanour of “bodily harm of a child”.
The maid is accused of mixing baby formula with urine. The Filipina has confessed to the charge without giving any reason.
The police arrested the suspect following a complaint lodged by the child’s father.
