Dubai: The non-Emirati civil servants working with the Sharjah government have been granted a 10 per cent retroactive pay rise to last January (2018).
The UAE Supreme Council member and Sharjah Ruler Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi announced the salary hike for non-Emirati employees, thanking them for their loyalty.
Dr. Al-Qassimi had allocated AED 600 million last January to increase the salaries of Emirati nationals, who shall no more be categorized below the 8th grade.
