A thief jailed for stealing BD6,320 from a car parked outside a mosque in Nuwaidrat while its owner attended noon prayers has lost his final appeal.The man, identified in court documents only as a foreign national, was earlier sentenced to three years in prison by the Lower Criminal Court .
