National Security Adviser and Royal Guard Commander Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday received the UK’s Defence Senior Adviser to the Middle East and North Africa Vice Admiral Edward Ahlgren.
Lt Gen Shaikh Nasser affirmed the depth of the strategic relations between Bahrain and the UK, commending bilateral co-operation in the defence and security fields.
He stressed the importance of continuing to build on strategic agreements and partnerships, foremost among which is the Comprehensive Security, Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).
