Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has said that the remarks delivered by His Majesty King Hamad to the media represent a defining national moment that reflects the wisdom of his leadership and the depth of national vision.
He stressed that they underscore Bahrain’s security, sovereignty and stability as fundamentals that are not open to compromise.
His Majesty’s remarks were decisive in content and firm in meaning, reinforcing national principles that do not allow retreat or interpretation, and emphasising that Bahrain, under his leadership and with the unity of its people, will move forward with unwavering resolve in confronting any attempt to undermine its security or threaten its stability, he said.
Gen Shaikh Rashid stressed that His Majesty’s remarks constitute a comprehensive national framework that requires all to unite behind it and turn its principles into action that strengthens the state and preserves its authority, noting that anyone who crosses these boundaries places themselves in direct confrontation with the law and the will of a nation that does not yield. He said that the Interior Ministry draws from this firm resolve to continue carrying out its duties with full force, ensuring that security remains a constant reality that cannot be undermined under any circumstances.
He noted that the positions expressed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, reflect the spirit of integrated government action and demonstrate the readiness of state institutions to act decisively in confronting challenges and implementing His Majesty’s directives on the ground.
